When it does work I end up with multiple characters. I had to resort to using my onscreen keyboard just to write this. Before you ask, yes, I changed the batteries. I really wish I had bought a different brand. Old review: It is exactly what I wanted. Firstly, for some stupid reason, they "hide" the USB receiver in the mouse. And it's not just placed loosely inside the compartment. I can't even describe it accurately, but I'll try. The USB receiver is "installed" inside a special compartment shaped like the female end of a USB port, I assume. The user has to somehow get it out of there. Does it pull up? Does it pull out? And if you have big fingers, forget it! Next...after all that, the wireless combo doesn't work. So, I refer back to the instructions (like we should need "instructions" in the first place), and it says that if the combo doesn't work, try Method A) or Method B)...neither of which fixed the probelm BTW. After about 30-minutes or more of trying to get this ridiculous POS to work, I gave up. IT'S GOING BACK! THIS PRODUCT IS COMPLETELY USELESS AND DEFINITELY NOT...
