Great keyboard for Mac users,

Overall, I really like the keyboard but it's far from "perfect". Although, everyone has different tastes for what they want in a keyboard.
It has the typical excellent Apple quality. I'm so happy they finally released a full size keyboard with number pad that is Bluetooth. I recently upgraded to a 2017 MacBook Pro that only has USB-C connectors. So, the more wireless devices I use with it, the better. Otherwise I generally deal with multiple dongles since not too many devices yet have USB-C cables.
I've used non-Apple bluetooth keyboards before but they almost always are "Windows" keyboards and thus have different "command" keys and the function keys don't work to adjust things like brightness, media playback, etc. So, it's nice using an external keyboard from which I can still control those things.
It does not have replaceable batteries so that's kind of a bummer but the internal battery seems to last a long time. I've had it...

Perfect Space Gray MacBook Pro home peripheral,

Though I don't *love* this keyboard to death, the rating is to partially help offset the inappropriate 1-star whose issue should've been addressed with the seller. I ordered a US layout and received exactly that from a reputable seller.
After trying some other brands, I always go back to the first party accessories. The story is no different here. Apple usually makes the best stuff for their own ecosystem. The look and feel of this fits the MacBook Pro design (introduced in 2016) perfectly. You can also get a Magic Trackpad in gray to match. But avoid the "Magic Mouse". That thing still sucks.

MEH!
LOOKS great. Yeah that's why I bought it. I don't own white things anymore and my white keyboard's keys stopped working, so in with the new. Besides that though, the angle isn't ergonomic and the keys don't feel great. It's a huge compromise at a hefty price. It's tough getting another brand for people who are aesthetically driven but I think it's a shame on apple with $1 Trillion on the books not to be able to make something... better than this. It's just MEH at a very not exciting price. Why call it a Magic Keyboard? What the heck does it do that's even near magical? It's light and feels cheap... I wish it lit up and was twice as heavy and I didn't have to add wedges to it to change the angle.
