This is the first all-in-one computer I have used as well as the first Dell brand desktop computer I have used in recent years. I am always a little concerned when computers are shipped, but this computer arrived in a very large outer Amazon packed full of brown heavy-duty paper for protection. The enclosed Dell box was secure with no damage, and everything inside was tightly packed as well. While not overtly heavy, the outer box was a little difficult to handle with just one person. Nonetheless, I was able to get everything out of the box and setup in my work-space in just a few minutes.

Given the all-in-one nature of this unit, it is extremely easy and convenient to setup and takes up a relatively compact amount of desktop space. The 23.8 inch screen is very nice and clear without being overwhelming for a computer this size. Features that were new to me were the built in wireless connection for internet access as well as the built in speakers and webcam... Read more

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Computer, Easy to Set-up and Operate, August 22, 2016
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I purchased this computer for use by my 69 year old mother. She needed to replace her old desktop computer with Windows 7. I was nervous about the all-in-one configuration, but wanted to buy something that wasn't bulky yet gave her a true desktop experience. This system is perfect! She's not a gamer, but rather will use this computer for email, e-bills, social media and web surfing. The computer arrived in excellent packaging that was very secure, but easily opened. Setup was a breeze! I had my 69 year old mother updated and acclimated to this computer in no-time. We have only had the system in place for a couple of days now, but provided the performance is consistent of the test of time, I highly recommend it.

Vine Customer Review of Free Product (What's this?)
I wanna be up front: this is a value-priced PC with value-level specs. It isn't a multi-media/gaming PC, nor would I expect it to perform like one for the price. My 3-star rating is as a value, compared to other PC's in its field and its spec range (in roughly the same way that a Ford Fusion is a good car, but not fair to compare it to a Ferrari). So if you're looking for a budget-friendly AIO, this is a decent option; but I would recommend spending a few extra dollars for better performance. Let's get into why.

First, the 24" 1080p monitor is good and has an HDMI in port. Its little 2.3 GHz i3 is almost underpowered for its 8GB of RAM. So on the up side it handles Windows' RAM-mawing background tasks like OneDrive sync without flinching. On the down side, it won't play most new graphics-heavy PC games, which require at least an i5 processor. For anyone other than gamers and video editors, I doubt you'll really notice, but if you were planning to do either of... Read more
