This PC just does not work... won't connect to the internet... all kinds of error messages. Acer help line wasted 2 hours of my time reloading all kinds of software, but NOTHING worked. Can't wait to return this sub-standard product.

Pros:

* Large crisp display.
* Price
* Fast
* Multitasking
* Memory
Cons:
Not enough USB ports
Love the graphics, capable of multiple tasks at once. Takes up so much less room than old "towers"! Would have liked more USB ports.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not worth $200, June 6, 2017
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This is by far the slowest computer I have ever bought, made, or seen in the past 5 years. Out of the box performance, checked by Cnet's Performance Test (considered the benchmark) came up a measly 761.

By comparison, a Macbook is 2400. The worldwide average for computers, all computers, is around 2300.

I wanted to like this computer because it truly is beautiful...until you turn it on. Also, if you have a neck, at all, this monitor is not on a high enough base for you, nor will it bend back enough. When you spend so much money on a product, you shouldnt be expected to prop it up on books just to see how slow you are loading.

By the way, I dont even play games. I just wanted a computer for general research work and Word. This desktop couldnt even handle that, and that was within an hour of opening it.

It might look pretty, but this AIO is worthless.
